Caratteristiche della prova scritta:

La prova avverrà in modalità telematica sulla piattaforma TEAMS con l’ausilio della piattaforma EXAM.NET.

Prima dell'esame:

1. Segui le istruzioni per partecipare al bando e iscriviti su ESSE3. (Entro il 15/09/2023)

2. Gli studenti dovranno utilizzare un dispositivo per accedere ad EXAM.NET ed uno per accedere alla piattaforma TEAMS. Il dispositivo per l’accesso a TEAMS può essere qualunque, purché dotato di videocamera e microfono funzionanti; quello utilizzato per l’accesso alla piattaforma EXAM.NET dovrà essere un computer (portatile o “fisso”), e non è necessario che abbia una videocamera. 

3. Il dispositivo collegato a TEAMS dovrà essere posizionato nella stanza in modo tale da inquadrare chiaramente lo studente, la scrivania e il computer del candidato, secondo le linee guida di Ateneo per le prove scritte (visionare ad esempio il video qui). La scrivania sulla quale si trova il computer deve essere completamente sgombra e la porta della stanza chiusa. 

4. La prova sulla piattaforma EXAM.NET sarà possibile solo in “alta sicurezza”, e sarà pertanto necessario installare il browser sicuro SEB. Si consiglia di provvedere in anticipo prima della prova d’esame.

5. Pre-identificazione e approvazione: giorno 18/09/2023 alle ore 8:30, si verificherà con la Commissione l’inquadratura video prescelta e il funzionamento della postazione e si procederà con il riconoscimento. 

6. Per consentire il riconoscimento, gli studenti dovranno compilare, il prima possibile e comunque non oltre le 23:59 del 17/09/2023, la form qui, allegando dove richiesto il proprio documento d’identità.

Per partecipare all'esame:

6. 1. Partecipa seguendo il Link alla riunione qui

   2. Gli studenti entreranno nella riunione collegandosi secondo l’inquadratura concordata. 

   3. I microfoni dovranno rimanere sempre accesi.

   4. Gli studenti si collegheranno poi alla piattaforma EXAM.NET con il computer.

   5. Per eventuali comunicazioni col docente durante lo svolgimento della prova, gli studenti potranno utilizzare la chat con gli insegnanti presente all’interno di EXAM.NET.

   6. Al termine della prova scritta, saranno corretti gli elaborati e, solo in caso di dubbi sullo svolgimento, gli studenti dovranno sostenere una prova orale durante la quale discuteranno i loro elaborati.

   7. In caso di problemi “tecnici” che compromettono il corretto svolgimento e la consegna delle prove su EXAM.NET, gli studenti coinvolti saranno convocati per sostenere una prova orale.

Sorveglianza e note finali:

1. Durante la prova d’esame, i commissari monitoreranno gli studenti.

2. Nel rispetto delle vigenti norme penali e civili, non è consentito registrare la prova né diffondere in alcun modo video o immagini che ritraggono i candidati, il docente o i commissari. Solo il docente potrà effettuare una registrazione sulla piattaforma con l’esclusiva finalità di verificare il regolare svolgimento; tale registrazione sarà cancellata ad esame verbalizzato.

Characteristics of the written test:

The test will take place electronically on the TEAMS platform with the help of the EXAM.NET platform.

Before the exam:

1. Follow the instructions and apply via the ESSE3. (Before 15/09/2023)

2. Students must use one device to access EXAM.NET and another one to access the TEAMS platform. The device for accessing TEAMS can be any, as long as it is equipped with a functioning video camera and microphone; the one used to access the EXAM.NET platform must be a computer (portable or "fixed"), and it is not necessary to have a video camera.

3. The device connected to TEAMS must be positioned in the room in such a way as to clearly frame the student, the desk and the candidate's computer, according to the University guidelines for written tests (see for example the video here). The desk on which the computer is located must be completely clear and any door of the room closed.

4. The test on the EXAM.NET platform will only be possible in "high security" mode, and it will therefore be necessary to install the SEB secure browser. It is advisable to install it in advance.

5. Pre-identification and approval: on 18/09/2023 at 8:30 the meeting starts. The committee will check the correct position of the device running TEAMS and implement the identification of candidates.

6. To allow for identification, students must fill out the form at the link here as soon as possible and in any case no later than 23:59 GMT+2 of the 17/09/2023, attaching their identity document where required.

To take the exam:

1. Join following the Link to the meeting here

2. Students will enter the meeting by connecting according to the agreed frame.

3. The microphones must always remain on.

4. Students will then connect to the EXAM.NET platform with the computer device.

5. For any communication with the teacher during the test, students can use the chat with the teachers present within EXAM.NET.

6. At the end of the written test, the answers will be corrected and, only in case of doubts about the performance, the students will have to take an oral exam during which they will discuss their papers.

7. In case of "technical" problems that compromise the correct execution and delivery of the tests on EXAM.NET, the students involved will be called to take an oral exam.

Surveillance and final notes:

8. During the exam, the commissioners will monitor the students.

9. In compliance with the criminal and civil laws in force, it is not allowed to record the test or disseminate in any way videos or images portraying the candidates, the teacher or the commissioners. Only the teacher will be able to register on the platform with the sole purpose of verifying regular progress; this registration will be canceled upon completed examination.
